Freelance Software Tester (Streaming Project, Japan)

Hi there! We are Testlio, a software testing company with its own freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from companies across the globe. Testlio is a great place for people who value freedom and flexibility of remote work.

At the moment, we are looking for freelance software testers from Japan to join a massive Streaming testing project. The project will require Localization and Stream testing. We would prefer freelancers with some experience, but the project is suitable for beginners with 1-2 years of experience in testing.

Requirements

• You have to be at least 18 years old
• Location: Japan
  • The opportunity is 100% remote, no office hours, but you have to be located in Japan. The client does not allow VPN for this testing project.
• Language: English (intermediate or higher) + fluent Japanese
• Devices you may need (any of the mentioned devices): laptop/desktop or a Smart TV
• Mandatory requirement: active J:COM or WowWow subscription
• We are looking for 2 testers, please, do apply if you feel like you can be a good fit 🙂

What does testing look like?

• Type of testing: Localization, Stream
• Type of work: short-term, freelance
• Workload: up to 10 hours per week, ad hoc
• The pay rates start at 18 USD per hour.
• Payments are made on a weekly basis via PayPal or Payoneer.
