We are currently seeking a part-time HR Administrative Assistant based in EMEA to join our global People & Culture team. The role requires 20 hours of work per week and is on a six-month contract. The position offers numerous opportunities for self-development and learning. You will work alongside the best professionals in our industry and gain valuable experience. What would your day look like?

  • Preparing and managing our global HR documentation for Employees, global Contractors, and Freelancers.
  • Manage data in our HRIS tools (BambooHR, TriNet) and ensure we always comply with local labor law requirements.
  • Coordinating Background Checks for our Employees, Global Contractors, and Freelancers.
  • Coordinating new-joiner onboarding activities.
  • Supporting Managers and other team members with HR-related questions.
  • Contributing ideas on Testlio employee experience improvement and working closely with the People & Culture team on various HR-related projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication of HR-related information.

What do you need to succeed?

Technical Skills

  • Previous experience working with HR topics, ideally in HR Operations or Administration.
  • Overall knowledge of general HR processes would be a plus
  • Experience in organizing and managing data in Excel.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Analytical skills to identify and address challenges and support the HR team in achieving objectives.
  • Previous experience working in a dynamic/fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written).

  • Proactive, can-do, and hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to work with the team as well as independently.
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
