Freelance Software Tester (Payments Testing, France)

Hi there! We are Testlio, a software testing company with its own freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from companies across the globe. Testlio is a great place for people who value the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

At the moment, we are looking for freelance software testers based in France to join us in testing a ridesharing and food delivery app. This project, which we are running for a globally known client, will focus on payments testing. Participants will be asked to perform payments testing tasks, such as ordering a ride or putting in a food order. Most of these orders will be cancelled, since we will also be testing the payments cancellation flow. In cases in which we’re not cancelling the orders, you will be fully reimbursed.

Requirements

• You have to be at least 18 years old
• Location: France
• Availability: short testing task every Tuesday
• Language: English (intermediate or higher)
• Devices you may need: an Android smartphone or an iPhone
• Payment methods: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay

What does testing look like?

• Type of testing: Payments, Functional
• Type of work: short-term, freelance
• Workload: The testing tasks are short, approximately 10 minutes per payment method
• The payrate for this is $18 USD / h
  • Payments are made every week via PayPal or Payoneer.

How to start?

  • All freelance software testers must have an account on our platform. The testing task and run documentation will be hosted on our website, which you can only access if you have an account.
• You will need to ensure your profile is complete
• You will receive instructions on where to apply on our platform in an email
• If selected by our Testing Team, you will receive additional instructions over email
