Freelance Software Tester (Stream testing, Ireland)

About the Project

🦁 Hi there! We are Testlio, a software testing company with a freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from companies worldwide. Testlio is a great place for people who value the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

👉 We are excited to announce that we are currently recruiting in Ireland for our global QA project in partnership with a globally known streaming app. We are looking for freelancers who know the basics of QA, who would like to perform end-to-end testing on a streaming app, checking out movies, series, live events and general end user experience.

NOTE. Participation in the project requires registration on Testlio’s freelance platform, which provides improved reporting and convenient payouts for your earnings. Requirements

• You have to be at least 18 years old
• Location: Ireland
• Language: English (intermediate and higher)
• Device you may need: Vodafone TV box
  • If you do not have this device, do not worry, we will provide one for you.

What does testing look like?

• Type of testing: Functional, Stream
• Type of work: short-term, freelance
• Workload: 1h to 5h per testing task
• Cadence: You will be assigned 1 testing task once every two weeks
• The pay rate starts at 20 USD/h
  • We apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving USD payments. Since we are a US-based company, all our payments are processed in USD. Usually, our testers don’t have any issues, but you might want to check with your bank to see if you expect any difficulties. Alternatively, please reach out to us at opportunities@testlio.com.
  • In case testing requires extra spending (e.g. for testing the user experience flow), you will be reimbursed along with your regular hourly payment.
  • Testlio is a legally registered company in the US, cooperating with global clients like Amazon, Athenahealth, Match Group, Microsoft, NBA, Netflix, PayPal, Uber, Wayfair, and many more. To learn more, visit www.testlio.com. If you require any extra verification information, please let us know.
• Payments are made weekly via PayPal or Payoneer.
• You will receive a $50 USD bonus for participating in the first test run, after you are onboarded.
