It is about how we get our work done – you can send your kids to school and then get to work afterwards, or go to the gym before your lunch time, and then get to the work in between. It is about how you are managing yourself, your time, and the work that you do. We do have some team activities, like regular stand up call, team game, and lunch+learn conducted by everyone in the team itself. ”
