A COVID-19 Update for the Testlio Network Kristel Kruustük , Kristel is Testlio's co-founder. March 13th, 2020 Dear TestLions, The global Testlio Leadership Team has been monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely these last few weeks. And we have been invoking changes as things have evolved. With this message, we wanted to provide an update to you. We hold the health of each of you, your families, and your communities in the highest priority. We also are working diligently on employee wellness. And we are committed to being available for our clients—for our normal operating rhythms and for when they need to lean on us in new ways. Here are some key takeaways for you: Commitment: we are committed to staying open and available for our clients. We are continuing to provide our services to our clients, including US time zone nights and weekends. We thank those of you who continue to work with us during these challenging times. And we appreciate your understanding if things become less predictable based on changes at our clients. If you are unable to work, please let your Test Lead and/or Project Manager know as soon as possible. Isolation: we strongly encourage you to work in an isolated environment. Many of our employees, including most of our US team, already work from home. Yesterday (Thursday, March 12, 2020) we encouraged all of our office-based employees, including those in Estonia, to move to isolated work locations (mostly home offices). All of our company communications and rituals will continue to use digital channels (fortunately, as a global, distributed company we’ve already adopted many tools and best practices).Travel: for the wellness of our employees, and for broader social reasons, we have discontinued all company travel until further notice. Many of our employees are also canceling personal travel. We encourage you to limit travel wherever possible and to be thoughtful about social contact in general. The COVID-19 situation is very serious as we see it. If you are looking for resources, the World Health Organization is a good starting point. There are many other agencies who are providing information and recommendations at a local level as well. At this time especially, we hope that you take care of yourself and stay emotionally connected to others. The Testlio team is dedicated to supporting one another. If you feel like we can help you, if you’d like to lean on someone, if you have any questions or ideas, please reach out to us. We are here for you and appreciate all that you continue to do for Testlio clients. With all of you in our thoughts, Kristel Kruustük (Chief Testing Officer)Steve Semelsberger (CEO)Kaspar Kikerpill (Community Manager)And the entire Testlio team
