Freelance Software Tester (Functional Testing, Japan)

Hi there! We are Testlio, a software testing company with its own freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from worldwide companies. Testlio is a great place for people who value the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

At the moment, we are looking for software testers located in Japan to participate in a testing project that involves creating a new Uber account. For this purpose, we are only accepting participants who have Japanese phone numbers that have not registered with Uber before.

During this testing task you will check the new onboarding flow for Japanese users.

To participate in this project, you will need to create an account on our platform. Through this account, we can assign you testing tasks. You will be asked to use our website for defect tracking. You will be provided with materials on our website that will help you understand the principles of software testing and how we operate, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the tasks ahead.

Requirements

• You have to be at least 18 years old
• Location: Japan
• Availability: this is a short, remote project
• Language: English (intermediate or higher) for reading the testing instructions and collaborating with the testing team
• Device: Android mobile and iOS mobile devices
• Experience: While software testing experience is not required, it is a plus. You must be at least willing to go through reading materials that will prepare you for testing.

• Workload: this is a one-time task estimated to last around 30 minutes

• The pay rate for this is $18 USD / h, and you can also receive the following bonus payments:
• Payments are made weekly via PayPal or Payoneer
