Freelance Software Tester (Payments Testing, New Zealand)

Hi there! We are Testlio, a global software testing company with its own freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from companies across the globe. Testlio is a great place for people who value the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

At the moment, we are looking for freelance software testers who are currently located in New Zealand to join us in testing on behalf our client, a globally recognized provider of device and software protection.

To participate in this project, you will need to create an account on our platform. Through this account, we can assign you testing tasks. You will be asked to use our website for defect tracking and will be given some material to go through to prepare you for testing.

Requirements

• Age: You have to be at least 18 years old
• Location: Must be physically located in New Zealand.
• Payment Instruments: For this workspace, you’ll be asked to complete a real purchase. We’ll be performing this test for our client, a globally recognized device & software protection company.
  • We are primarily looking for individuals who can do this type of payments testing using one of the followings:a card issued in a PSD2-compliant country (any country within the European Economic Area), with one of the following methods: Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA, or Amex)
• Availability: We’ll start testing as soon as possible. The sooner you create an account on our platform by clicking the Apply button above or below, the faster we can get you onboarded.
• Devices: Desktop or Mobile (iOS/Android)
• Experience: Software testing experience is a plus, but if you are new to testing, we offer free courses to help you learn and grow. 
  • We have a preparatory course that will teach you more about how to test in our website.

What does testing look like?

• Type of testing: Functional Payments Testing
• Type of work: short-term, freelance.
• Workload: 30-45 minutes, one-time test with opportunity of participation in the future
• Payrate: $18 USD / h
