Hickman-Smith will drive Testlio’s next phase of global growth, capitalizing on the growing demand for managed crowdsourced testing through both direct and partner-led go-to-market strategies.

Hickman-Smith brings over 20 years of global revenue and operational leadership to Testlio, with executive roles at HackerOne, Jumio, Bitglass, vArmour, Incode, Proofpoint, and Hive. He has led market expansion, built high-performing teams, and guided companies from early growth through IPO.
