Two weeks ago, our team gathered in Mexico City for our annual company offsite, LionFest, where we celebrated all the wins and milestones we achieved this year.
The theme for 2025, Winning Together, captured what this moment means for Testlio. It is a reminder that every person across our teams plays a direct role in shaping customer experiences, strengthening relationships, and driving business impact. This spirit defined our work all year. It shows in the results we achieved together, especially in the last quarter.
Last quarter, we hit a stride that reflects years of disciplined growth. Our EMEA regional team delivered record sales, our platform evolved with new AI capabilities through LeoAI, and our partnerships deepened through initiatives like the Testlio Apex Partner Program (TAPP). We also brought in new community leadership to strengthen the core of what makes Testlio different, our people.
But the real story isn’t just about numbers or launches. It’s about alignment. With InnoWave and Bugcrowd as launch partners, TAPP is already demonstrating the power of collaboration. Together, we are extending quality coverage into Payments and AI security testing, helping global clients achieve ultimate results with greater efficiency. With Katie Bapple joining as Vice President of Freelancer Community, we are bringing renewed focus to the people who define Testlio. Her leadership is driving new ways to engage, support, and celebrate our global community of testers and test leads. Through enhanced learning opportunities, recognition programs, and mentorship, we are building a stronger and more connected community that will scale to meet the demands of an AI-driven economy and customer base.
Record-Breaking Performance in EMEA
We also celebrated EMEA’s strongest quarter on record, with the region delivering its highest single-quarter revenue to date. The success spanned streaming, payments, and AI testing, supported by Testlio’s holistic QA capabilities and deep customer partnerships. The quality of the new brands secured by our team is tremendously impressive.
Beyond the numbers, this performance reflects the trust our customers place in us.
