Testlio Announces Dave Keil as Independent Board Director

Former COO of Tricentis and CEO of QASymphony Brings Broad and Deep Experience to the Managed Quality Engineering Company  

Austin, TX.  February 19, 2025 – Today, Testlio, a leader in AI-powered, managed quality engineering, announced that Dave Keil has joined its board as an independent director. Through 2024, Testlio conducted an extensive global search for a director who would bring a combination of CEO, quality industry, mergers & acquisitions, strategy, and other experiences. After carefully considering more than 30 highly qualified candidates, Testlio selected Dave.

Dave Keil is currently the CEO of Lakeside Software, a leader in Digital Employee Experience. Previously, he was COO of Tricentis, a global leader in continuous testing and quality engineering, where he helped drive the company to strong growth and operational excellence. 

Before that, he was CEO of QASymphony, where he led the company from a startup to nearly $30M of ARR in four years, culminating in a merger with Tricentis. He has been a CEO two other times, began his career at Bain Consulting, and holds degrees from Brown University and the Wharton School of Business.

With Dave joining, Marko Kruustük (Testlio Founder & VP, Platform Design) joins Anthony Lee (Altos Ventures Partner and Series A Co-Lead) in a board observer role.
