Testlio’s Kristel Kruustük Makes Inc.’s 2022 Female Founders 100 List

Inc.’s Female Founders 100 list highlights entrepreneurs with world-changing companies

Oct 3, 2022, Tallin, Estonia Inc. today announced its fifth annual Female Founders 100 list, honoring 100 women whose innovations and ideas are shaping the world into a better place.

Testlio’s co-founder Kristel Kruustük made the list of 100 founders that cross all industries and offer unique stories of success from each stage of the entrepreneurial journey.

Kristel’s introduction to crowdtesting began in 2012 when she worked evenings and weekends as a freelance software tester. Within months she found herself frustrated about her experiences as a freelance crowdsourced tester. She felt undervalued and that the platforms she worked on incentivized testers to compete rather than collaborate. As a result, she co-founded Testlio in 2013, now a leading manual and automated software testing company worldwide.

Joining the ranks of Jessica Alba, Tracee Ellis Ross, Rihanna, and Shonda Rhimes, the 2022 Inc. list features women who have overcome challenges and lifted those around them while leading impactful organizations across the country.

“These 100 female founders have identified solutions to difficult problems and created valuable, industry-changing companies out of them. We congratulate this year’s list on their achievements and look forward to their continued success,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk.
