We are seeking a Senior Digital Designer at Testlio, a pivotal role within our creative team responsible for a wide array of duties from graphic and web design to ebook creation, design system management, and crafting explainer animations. This position is an exceptional opportunity to leverage both your creative and technical prowess to influence our digital design direction significantly. As part of our globally distributed team, you’ll work remotely to produce designs that captivate our clients and their audiences, ensuring our web presence is visually stunning and user-focused, our ebooks are compelling, our design system is cohesive, and our explainer animations simplify complex ideas engagingly.

Please note: based on our remote work approach and compensation strategy, we are not considering candidates from expensive areas such as Berlin, London, New York, San Francisco, Paris, Singapore, etc.

What would your day look like?

  • Designing and implementing visually compelling graphics for various digital platforms.
  • Developing and maintaining Testlio’s website, focusing on aesthetic appeal and user experience.
  • Creating informative and engaging ebooks, from concept to design execution.
  • Managing and refining Testlio’s design system to maintain visual consistency across all digital assets.
  • Producing creative and concise explainer animations to enhance understanding of complex topics.
  • Collaborating with teams across the company to ensure design alignment and effectiveness.
  • Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative outputs fresh and innovative.
  • Actively participating in remote team meetings, contributing ideas, and receiving feedback on ongoing projects.

What you need to succeed?

Technical skills

  • A strong portfolio showcasing skills in graphic design, web design, ebook creation, and animation.
  • Proficiency in a range of design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and web design platforms.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital design role, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
  • A keen eye for design, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Relevant educational background in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Human skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to a 100% remote approach to work.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, creativity, and a willingness to embrace new challenges.

What is the candidate consideration process
