About the Role

Testlio is a global leader in managed app testing, serving large clients like CBS, Microsoft, NBA and SAP who together have over 1.6 billion users of their digital products. The company operates a subscription business that is venture capital backed and profitable — and has generally grown strongly year-over-year. 

Based in Tallinn, this position supports Testlio’s globally distributed users as the first point of contact for any IT/SaaS related issues. This is a great opportunity to work and solve IT operational challenges in a distributed by design setup if you have  passion for solving users and business problems in the IT services space. You have a proven track record working with different hardware and software systems and services. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

What would be your key responsibilities?

To local users in Tallinn:

  • Wifi network and guest wifi setup, ensuring security of those.
  • Meeting rooms technical setup.
  • Handling office TVs.
  • Technical setups for all-hands meetings and office events.

Globally:

  • Managing inventory list (computers, monitors, phones, etc).
  • Assist team members globally with support needs and guide them towards the most effective use of the technology tools at their disposal.
  • Make sure the onboarding and offboarding of Testlio team members is completed appropriately from an IT standpoint.
  • Manage the delivery, repair, replacement, and retrieval of Testlio-owned laptops and other Testlio-owned IT equipment.
  • Configure and support Testlio’s mobile device management systems on all Testlio’s-owned equipment.
  • Help with the deployment and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships that extend IT capabilities to fulfil our global services.

What you need to succeed?

  • Prior experience in an IT role with responsibility for supporting Apple hardware and administering macOS systems.
  • Prior experience administering Google Workspace, 1password, Atlassian (Confluence and Jira), Slack and other SaaS platforms.
  • General familiarity with Mobile Device Management (Mosyle, Kandji, Fleetsmith, or Jamf), Windows and Linux systems.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent customer support skills and genuine interest in working with people.
  • Desire to learn and develop skills.
  • Prior experience managing company-owned/leased equipment internationally would be a plus.
  • Prior experience working remotely as part of a distributed team is nice to have.
