Freelance Software Tester (Croatia, with Smart TVs + mobile devices)

Hi there! We are Testlio, a software testing company with its own freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from companies across the globe. Testlio is a great place for people who value freedom and flexibility of remote work.

At the moment, we are looking for freelance software testers located in Croatia to participate in a new Functional, Localization & Payment testing project.

For this workspace, you will be asked test a streaming service app to verify that it is working and that it is accurately localized in your language. If you have experience using other streaming service apps, then this workspace should be straightforward and easy.

Requirements

• You have to be at least 18 years old
• Location: Croatia
• Devices you may need: Chromecast + Android Phone combo, Chromecast + iPhone combo, Apple TV + iPhone combo, LG TV, Samsung TV, Android Phone, Apple Phone, Android Tablet, iOS Tablet. You will neet at least one of these devices or device combos to participate in this project.
• Not much prior software testing knowledge is required, but some experience will be a plus. We will train you on how to use our platform for testing and provide additional in-house certifications. If you use streaming apps in your daily life, then this project should be straightforward.

What does testing look like?

• Type of testing: Functional, Localization & Payments testing
• Type of work: short-term, freelance
• Workload: bi-weekly, adhoc
• Average run time: 2 hours
• The pay rate is 15 USD per hour.
• Payments are made on a weekly basis via PayPal or Payoneer.

How to start?
