To support our ambitious vision, we are hiring a Director, Growth Marketing to create impactful demand programs and drive marketing-generated pipeline. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, you will be a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team as well as a critical collaborator with Sales, Partner and Services.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive a collaborative acquisition strategy with the Marketing team and key stakeholders that delivers predictable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Lead demand gen programs that include paid search, paid social media, SEO and other performance marketing channels as well as events and sponsorships
  • Allocate budget, measure results and continuously optimize to maximize the impact of all program spend
  • Develop new campaign ideas to maintain performance in mature channels as well as test and scale emerging channels 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to target key personas, launch new offerings and improve the customer journey
  • Work with the Content and Communications team to create engaging assets, maximize the impact of organic and develop new content distribution channels
  • Partner with Sales to refine lead routing, scale pipeline processes and commit to shared KPIs
  • Help the Partner Ecosystem team launch and expand a reliable partner channel
  • Create a customer marketing strategy in partnership with Services and Sales
  • Manage and build a team of high-performing demand marketers that currently includes Campaigns and Events
  • Oversee relationships with digital marketing agency and other third-party vendors
  • Guide the martech vision, both optimizing how we use the current tech stack as well as implementing new tools that can accelerate scale 

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in Demand Gen, Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing at a B2B tech company
  • Experience in DevOps or a related field is preferred
  • Strong strategy chops and analytical skills mixed with a creative streak that drives innovation
  • A proven track record of creating high-impact acquisition plans and programs that deliver against pipeline and revenue targets
  • A collaboration mindset and the belief that Sales and Marketing win together 
  • Adept at prioritizing, problem solving and delivering in a dynamic environment
  • Martech expertise, ideally with a working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce and Outreach
  • Comfortable working across multiple regions and time zones
