New VPs of Marketing, Partner Ecosystem, and EMEA Sales fuel continued growth and expansion
August 10, 2021 — Testlio, the originators of networked testing, today announced the appointment of three new executives to support the company’s rapid growth. Julie Neumann joins as VP, Marketing, Emeka Obianwu was named VP, Partner Ecosystem, and Matthew Hemming joins as VP, EMEA Sales. Following three executive promotions in July, the appointments further strengthen Testlio’s global leadership team.

Julie Neumann: VP, Marketing. With over a decade of experience at high-growth B2B and B2C technology companies, Julie’s career spans marketing, product and media. Most recently, she was responsible for global brand, communications, content and customer marketing at Snow Software as the company scaled to over $100M ARR. She will lead Testlio’s marketing team to increase brand awareness, drive demand and establish category leadership. Julie is based in Austin, TX.
Emeka Obianwu: VP, Partner Ecosystem. Emeka brings more than 20 years of alliances, channel, and corporate development experience at enterprise software companies like BuildForge, IBM, UnboundID, Ping Identity, and SourceDay. He will drive Testlio’s partner ecosystem strategy and recruitment while ensuring joint business case attainment. Emeka is based in Austin, TX.
Matthew Hemming: VP, EMEA Sales. With over 30 years of sales and leadership experience, Matthew will lead Testlio’s first field team dedicated to Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He will focus on expanding the company’s footprint in EMEA, driving go-to-market activities and client relationship management. He previously led EMEA Sales for several organizations, including Landmark (acquired by Halliburton), Trilogy and Motive. Matthew is based in London.
