No, LeoAI Engine and its products are part of our Platform. They are designed to support our community and manage different stages of the testing lifecycle. They are not standalone tools. 

You do not need to directly use the Testlio Platform to benefit from LeoInsights. The insights are used by Testlio’s Delivery team to continuously improve test strategy, focus areas, and execution quality. As a result, you benefit from stronger, more targeted delivery outcomes as part of our managed services offering.

Yes, all clients will have access after launch. While you will be able to use and explore the features upon logging in, our initial recommendation is to work with your delivery team to review the findings, provide tailored context, and determine next steps aligned with your objectives. We will continue to optimize and refine models based on your feedback and will progressively expand client-facing adoption and supporting guidance.

If you’re a new client, please note that the solution may not have enough data to populate results for Outlier Insights and Executive Summaries. As a general industry best practice, we ask that you wait until you have at least one month of data for directional insights, one quarter for executive-level reporting, and six to twelve months for the highest confidence.

Testlio applies rigorous security measures across its AI systems, ensuring that data processed through our AI integrations is never used for model training. As a trusted Microsoft Supplier, we continuously demonstrate our commitment to the highest standards of security and transparency, further reinforced through our publicly available Trust Center.

LeoInsights uses a combination of leading large language models and our proprietary algorithms to deliver instant recommendations within our Platform. 

LeoInsights uses shared model infrastructure, but customer data is isolated and is never exposed to other customers. The data we use for LeoInsights includes:

• Executive summaries - We pull data from the existing Platform reports, which includes data on tests, runs, issues, devices, locations, languages, testers.
• Outlier insights - For the initial release, which includes two insights, we pull data from a) Issues and b) Devices, browsers, and their usage in tests.
• Value calculator -  We use our revenue data and combine it with other account-level data from our database, such as approved manual testing and CS/QM hours, the number of unique testers and devices, and the volume of high- and medium-severity issues.
• App review analysis - Publicly available app reviews from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Yes. We understand that highly-regulated industries may have stricter protocols for AI use. While we have rigorous security practices in place, our clients can opt out of using AI products and recommendations for their engagements. For clients who have already opted out of AI use, please rest assured that we will honor your request and won’t make LeoAI Engine or its products available within your workspaces. 

LeoInsights is currently included at no additional charge as a standard component of our managed crowdsourced testing solutions.
